We recently had the opportunity to tell our story in a short, 4 minute video! We wanted to share it with you all.
Cubano X-Press is more than a food truck — it’s a story rooted in culture, passion, and over 35 years of culinary experience.
In this short video, founder and chef Henry F. Sanchez shares the journey behind Cubano X-Press — from his early training at the Culinary Institute of America to executive chef roles at renowned restaurants, and eventually to discovering his love for bold Caribbean flavors while living in Miami.
What began as curiosity turned into a passion project, and ultimately a business built on great food, community, and heart. Joined by his partner, Brenda Rosa, Henry brings Caribbean-inspired comfort food to the streets of New Jersey — one sandwich, plate, and connection at a time.
