Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We offer several gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

Gluten-Free
Our Cuban Bowl can be made gluten-free. Please note that the gluten-free version does not include fried plantains. While plantains themselves are gluten-free, they are cooked in a shared fryer with our breaded ham croquettes.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your date. We understand that emergencies happen and that some things—like the weather—are beyond anyone’s control. If something unexpected comes up, we’re happy to reschedule based on availability or provide a credit for a future event or order.
Do you provide delivery, and is there a delivery fee?
Yes, we provide delivery for an extra fee.
Do you provide setup, plates, utensils, and napkins?

If your catering includes our food truck, we provide plates, napkins, and utensils.
For catering tray orders, food is provided only. Serving utensils, sternos, and warming stands can be added for an additional fee if needed
How much does catering cost per person?
Pricing varies based on the catering option you choose.
For food truck catering, please refer to our catering packages for per-person pricing. A 50-person minimum applies.
During the off-season (November–March), we may accommodate smaller groups with an additional charge.
For catering trays, please refer to our Catering Menu for tray pricing. There is no minimum for tray orders.
How far in advance do I need to place my order
We recommend placing your order as soon as you know the date of your event. While we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, availability is not guaranteed.
